Site Access

Site Access.png

You can add new users to your site at Site Access. Click on the pencil to add or delete users and for resending invitations for access.

Note: only users with admin rights will see this menu option.

You can add users to your site, just click Add user and provide their credentials (name and e-mail address). For each user you need to assign the appropriate roles for this user. When you click Save, an e-mail will be sent to the user with the invitation to log in to Spotler Activate Search.

User roles

The user roles Spotler Activate Search currently supports are:

  • Editor: day-to-day user of Sooqr’s products and tool, can adjust/create business logic and styling
  • Biller: access company and payment information, e.g. invoices and credit card information
  • Analyst: can see metrics and reporting and export the data
  • Developer: access to integration settings and styling (e.g. the JavaScript snippet)
  • Admin: full access to the site and its users
