  • Modules: Access different modules related to your site search.
  • + Add New Site Button: Clicking this will bring you to the setup wizard. You don't have to be a wizard to install Search on your site. We'll help you get started and have your first search tool live in just three simple steps.

The search bar is located at the top of the dashboard. Please note that this is your search bar, exactly like the search bar on your website. After making adjustments, you can easily test here whether it has any effect.

This section contains several important metrics for monitoring the performance of your search results:

Queries

Queries (total): This section provides a clear overview of the products that received the most clicks within your search results. By analyzing these queries, you can better understand user behavior and optimize your content accordingly.

Clicks

Clicks: This data can also be found in the analytics module. Tracking click data helps you understand which search results or products users are engaging with most frequently.

Optimization Score

Optimization Score: This score indicates how effectively users are finding what they are looking for. A higher score suggests better user experience, while a lower score highlights areas for improvement. For instance, if users are getting no results, adding synonyms to certain products can help improve this score. The goal is to reach a score of 10, indicating optimal conversion performance.

Queries with Results

Queries with Results in Current Period: You can find this information in the analytics module. This section provides a breakdown of the queries that returned search results during the current period, helping you assess the effectiveness of your search results.

Queries without Results

Queries without Results in Current Period: This data can be accessed in the analytics module. It shows queries where no results were returned. Understanding these queries allows you to refine your search algorithms, add synonyms, or enrich your product data to improve results in the future.

Clicks in Current Period

Clicks in Current Period: Similar to the "Clicks" section, this data shows how many clicks were recorded in the current period. You can view it in the analytics module. Tracking these clicks allows you to understand the performance of your search results and product visibility over time.

Banner Clicks

Banner Clicks in Current Period: You can view banner click data in the analytics module. Analyzing banner clicks helps you evaluate the performance of banners in your search results, allowing you to make adjustments to increase engagement and conversions.

Site Search Traffic Distribution
